Plenty of spaces designed for you to play and dream. Seafront, you can choose to relax and tan on the beach beds, snorkel around the reef or paddle out on the kayaks. In the dappled shade of the coco palm lounge you can relax on the comfy cushions or nap in a hand-made hammock from Merida. Your lunch can be served in the jungle surrounded by palm trees or on the rooftop with a 360° view. The rooftop is an idyllic spot for happy hour as you watch the sunset on the lagoon and the light bugs dance in the treetops. Inside, sit back and enjoy the home theatre or turn up the volume and kick your shoes off to dance on the coffee table. You'll want to look up through the ceiling to see whats going on in the glass bottom pool.

When it comes time to chill in one of the 4 master suites, you may want to lounge in the stone tub while you sip champagne, or refresh yourself in the leafy open shower. Each suite has an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace  with a magnificent view of the Caribbean and A/C.

  • Food & Beverage: Everything is included. Well almost, alcohol is extra. Our butler makes some scrumptious house cocktails using local exotic fruits. We have some amazing mexican and international wines to offer. Our artisanal Mezcal collection is sure to delight you.

  • Gourmet Chef: Our professionally trained chef will prepare all your meals, mostly locally sourced and sustainable, always inventive and often featuring the taste of Yucatan.

  • Seafront: Explore the reef and have fun with kayaks, boogie boards, beach toys, masks, fins and snorkels. Yoga mats await you to salute the Mayan Sun.

  • Roof Deck + Infinity Pool: Enjoy breathtaking views and mesmerizing sunsets from above the jungle and ocean. Take a plunge in our unique glass-floored 20 meter infinity lap pool.

  • Living Spaces: The dining room features a beautiful display of local artisanship- the hand made table top is an indigenous tropical Salam tree split in half. It can comfortably accommodate up to 20. And the ample living room couch is designed for ultimate conviviality and comfort. The main living area is flanked by 2 expansive decks- one jungle facing and another sea facing. In addition, each bedroom has its own private terrace.

  • Wifi & Media: We provide Satellite TV, an Full HD Home Theatre with Dolby surround sound , Apple TV, and high-speed wifi.

  • Estate: The villa sits in front of 300 feet of private seafront, surrounded by 4 acres of dense, first growth jungle. The villa sits well back from the road making it extremely private. Our outdoor lounging areas are designed to provide privacy. The coco palm lounge is set back from the beach and encircled with tall shady palms while the rooftop swimming pool area is high above the jungle height and enables spectacular 360° views.

 

The Na'iik Suites

Every one of the 4 suites is it’s own unique and private haven. Each has an original and unique art installation created by Mexican artist Diana Garcia. Inspired by local wildlife and fused with Mayan mythology, each room is the dwelling of a magical guardian whose duty is to surround its residents with comfort and wellbeing.

All the suites come with a King bed and a Twin size day bed that is comfortable for one child. For lounging in your room there is a hammock and on the deck, stylish Acapulco chairs. The toilet is in a private water closet and the shower is an open leafy space.  Robes, toiletries, a safe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning are all there for your comfort

The view from the 2 suites on the sea side of the villa is all turquoise water and jungle from your king size bed. Watch our resident Osprey dive for fish and the palms sway while relaxing in the monolythic stone bathtub. The decks in front of these 2 suites have a 180° degree view of the sea.

The two west facing suites each have a large corner deck with a sea view. Both corner walls slide away and open up to become a single space with the deck for an immersive jungle experience from the comfort of your bed. They both have a double closet and spacious garden shower.
